I am fascinated by how the brain uses auditory information to make sense of the world around us. I am very fortunate to work with excellent scientists on exciting questions in auditory perception. My mentors and collaborators include Barbara Shinn-Cunningham (Professor, Auditory Neuroscience Lab, Boston University), Robert Carlyon (Group leader, MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, Cambridge, U.K.), Gerald Kidd Jr (Professor, Psychoacoustics Lab, Boston University), Christine Mason (Psychoacoustics Lab, Boston University), and Nathaniel Durlach (emeritus, Boston University and MIT).
